chore: 添加虚拟环境到仓库

- 添加 backend_service/venv 虚拟环境
- 包含所有Python依赖包
- 注意：虚拟环境约393MB，包含12655个文件

+# Installation
+
+Installation using pip
+

+pip install docstring_parser
+
+# or if you want to install it in a virtual environment

+Installation using conda
+

+1. Download and install miniconda or anaconda
+2. Install the package from the conda-forge channel via:
+  - `conda install -c conda-forge docstring_parser`
